Long-term Japanese Course Fees
Payment
After the school’s entrance examination and the inspection of status of residence by the Immigration Bureau, if a Certificate of Eligibility is issued, the applicant will be contacted directly or via the overseas office. Payment will then be due according to the following tables. After payment is made, the applicant will be provided with the school’s certificate of admission and the Certificate of Eligibility.

●In Principle, payments already paid can not be refunded for any reason.
Payment Method
●After the Certificate of Eligibility is issued, please transfer the amount to the school’s designated bank account as follows within one week.
2 year course
1st year: Please pay 1,115,000 yen before enrollment. After confirming the payment, we will send you a COE (Certificate of Admission).
2nd year: Please pay 737,000 yen for 1 year before the start of 2nd year (by March 15th)
1 year 6 months course
1st year: Please pay 1,115,000 yen before enrollment. After confirming the payment, we will send you a COE (Certificate of Admission).
2nd year: Please pay 374,000 yen for 6 months before the start of 2nd year (by September 15th)
Specialized Japanese Language Courses
Training Course for Non-Japanese Workers in Japan.
This course provides Japanese language training for Technical Intern Trainees and other Non-Japanese employees. The curriculum will be chosen according to the needs of the students and the relevant industry or company where they seek employment. On-site classes at the employer’s location can also be arranged.
These courses are for Non-Japanese who are living in Japan. However the various courses are each specifically targeted for work-related language skills, or to pass the language qualification test ( JLPT ), for example. |
Business Japanese Course |

This course is for those who work in a Japanese company or a Japanese company overseas, or who are looking for a job in the future. We will practice Japanese, how to write a resume, and practice interviews in actual business situations. Invite a local Amagasaki company You will learn about the customs needed to work in Japan and the culture that is different for each industry. |
Information Technology (IT) Business Course |
This course is for those who are looking for a job at an IT company and/or wish to upgrade their IT skills. Active engineers and professional instructors customize what they teach to match the level each student. If desired, introductions to jobs can also be made for students of this course. |

Daily Life Japanese Course |

●Part-time Employment
With the permission of the Regional Immigration Bureau, you can work part-time within 28 hours per week without affecting your studies.
●National Health Insurance
All international students who enter the school must join. If you take out this insurance, you will pay 30% of your medical expenses.
Towards Enrollment
We provide various support for students who wish to enter a vocational school. Experienced teachers will guide you carefully to choose your course and level. Job interviews are very important if you are going to study in Japan. We offer practice in interviews and business manners. We will provide thorough guidance not only during class but also on how to write e-mails to staff, to a professor of the university you wish to enter, and how to write an essay or research plan. We will even teach you how to write a statement of your aspirations. We provide guidance and advice on how to select an entrance school. You will do mock interviews, and get essay guidance according to each student’s desire for further study. Our school has pamphlets and application guidelines for vocational schools and universities in various parts of Japan, so we will provide you with the necessary information for the entrance examination according to the places you wish to apply.

Help finding employment is provided for all interested AMA Japan College students as well as any of our graduates who are pursuing a career in Japan.
Knowledgeable teachers and experienced administrative staff members will work with each student individually to help them realize their dreams.
For students wishing to work in the IT field, there may be an opportunity to find employment with Big Valley International Co., Ltd., the IT company operating the college.
